    The most common size for presentation folders is 9" x 12". This size is designed to hold standard letter-sized (8.5" x 11") documents comfortably.

    Legal-sized presentation folders are slightly larger, measuring 9" x 14.5". They are designed to hold legal-sized documents (8.5" x 14").

    Mini presentation folders are smaller and measure 6" x 9" or 6.25" x 9.5". They are suitable for holding smaller documents or promotional materials.

    Which color option should I choose?

    Most pocket folders are printed full-color on both sides, particularly those that include color images. If your pocket folders don't contain color images or only have them on one side, you might consider a different option instead.

    Full-color printing provides the maximum impact and visual appeal for most pocket folders. However, if your budget is tight, a well-conceived one-color design can prove an acceptable alternative.

    Standard Matte provides an excellent and economical surface but is not recommended for reproducing full-color graphics and high-quality images.

    Standard Gloss is an impressive-feeling, heavyweight, glossy paper that makes text and graphics leap off the page.
